JMS visits your home or business and we do a full comprehensive analysis of items that should have a regularly scheduled maintenance program as well as things that need to repaired and or replaced to ensure your safety and ease of use. The major benefit of this analysis is we can suggest ways for you to save money otherwise spent on operating costs. Such as more efficient lighting, plumbing systems, and HVAC. This alone could save tens of thousands of dollars otherwise wasted over the life of the structure. Each plan is customized to the client’s needs and concerns. There are flexible billing methods so you can time your payment to coincide with your best time of the month, quarter, or year. If you need our services on an emergency call or have a project in mind that you may have been putting off for a while you have already pre-negotiated the labor rates.
